ABOUT

If any of us wants to introduce himself, tell his story, or communicate with others, language is the first tool for this, and it is the main symbol of identity and the most important expression of the self.
And with the challenges that Arab youth face today, and their distance from their mother tongue, they face a crisis of identity and belonging that distances them from their values and morals.
After the monitoring and analyzes carried out by the Arab Youth Center, the urgent necessity emerged to launch initiatives and projects that reconnect Arab youth with their language, revive their pride in practicing it, and thus strengthen their Arab affiliation and adherence to their original identity.
In response to this, the "Arab Youth Center", in cooperation with “Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center”, “Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation” and “Zai Centre for Arabic language research” at Zayed University, launched the "Arabic Language Youth Council", which represents a serious systematic attempt to establish the correct image of the Arabic language among young people in the fields of work, science, education, and society; and to establish a foundation and approach that supports Arab youth’s adherence to their language and guides them to be representatives of the Arab identity in various parts of the world and various areas of life.
